Q1 Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Moving up a tier is free — we re-scope, migrate, and only charge for net-new setup work (like adding software integration if you're moving from Tier 1 to Tier 2). Moving down needs 30 days notice. Most clients start at Tier 1 or 2 and only move up once they see real call volume.
Q2 How long does it take?
Most projects ship in 2–4 weeks. A simple voice agent can go live in under 2 weeks. Voice + Software typically lands at 2–3 weeks. Full Stack runs 4–6 weeks depending on integrations and how messy the source systems are.
Q3 What if I'm not on the Cape & Islands?
We work remotely with off-region clients too — Boston, anywhere remote. The Cape & Islands is just where we're based and where we offer on-site visits. The 15-min call is the same whether you're a mile down the road or across the country.
Q4 Will you replace my existing software?
Usually no. The whole point is to connect to what you already use — QuickBooks, your scheduling tool, your customer database, your spreadsheets. We add a layer. We don't make you start over with new tools your team has to learn.
Q5 What if AI isn't right for my problem?
We'll tell you. Honestly. If the right answer is "hire a better receptionist" or "use this off-the-shelf tool," we'll say so. We don't sell things people don't need — bad fits become bad reviews, and we'd rather have a good reputation than a bad invoice.
Q6 Is my data safe?
We don't sell or share data. Anything you give us stays under your account. Voice call recordings, customer info, all of it — yours, encrypted, and deletable on request. We can also self-host components for clients with stricter compliance needs.
